History

The company was founded in Farnham thirty years ago, as an independent property consultancy, advising clients on all aspects of commercial property, with particular emphasis on agency and professional work. The Principal of the practice is Graeme Ricketts, who qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1978 and was elected a Fellow in 1989. Graeme has extensive experience gained in both the City and West End of London, having worked for international firms including Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker. He acquired the business of Clare & Co in 1991 and has since developed its client base through the provision of general practice services along the M3 and M4 corridors. In February 2009 a new Farnborough office was opened by David Savage who was previously a Director of Austin Phoenix. David has 28 years agency experience, the majority of which has been spent specialising in commercial property along the M3 corridor.
